Went to Xin Lian Cheng at Greenroad for their kolomee

but its very very famous in Kuching

Its actually beehive cake (or honeycomb as some would say)

with chocolate filling

Just one bite and melted chocolate will spill into your mouth

the topping is whipped cream but you can choose if you want it or not

Black bottom

Its chocolate with cheese at the center

omigoshhhh

the chocolate is just soooo rich, not too sweet

and the cheese, is the best cheese--- Philadelphia cheese!

Definitely a must try too!

Caramel drizzle

Also for chocolate lovers

rich chocolate cake, but different from the Black bottom

this texture is not as moist as the one above

Caramel just nice, whipped cream fresh.

Thumbs up again!!

Vanilla with cheddar

butter cake with whipped cream as the dressing topped with cheddar cheese!

Also havenly good

the cake aint that oily

direct translation is three cups of chicken

I just love how chinese dishes sound like when they are translated to other languages.

Amusing

It tasted like herbs

I don't like

台湾阿婆八宝冰

( Taiwan's grandma eight treasures ice)

the kiwi and sunkists tasted sour

but at least its fresh!

not soaked in sugar water

i hate it when restaurants do that to their fruits.

Love the barley and the red beans!

superb taste!

Saying grace before meal

and you can see that the one i ordered is in a set

It has rice, the main dish, soup of the day and some little side dishes

and i really mean little.

But its okay because you will already be full even before you finish eating your main dish and the rice.

I just love the Rice!!!

Taiwan style sweet n sour pork

The gooey thing is actually chocolate ice cream

but it looks like ..... shit?

Overall, i enjoyed the meal.

End note: do not order their ice unless you're a big eater

and their rice is a MUST EAT!!
