3 Historical Bomb found in Batu Lintang Kuching

Institut kamek ada bomb, ko ada? LOL
A historical bomb was found in our school this morning
by the construction workers
geezzz
how come our school gets scarier and scarier everyday
first all the "supernatural" events in our hostel
then now a BOMB?!

and to think that the BOMB was just beside the road which we use to go to the school's academic block everyday!

How old is that bomb actually!

from what i know, our school was a Prisoner of War camp from March 1942 till September 1945.
Supposedly the bomb was placed in 1942,
then 2012-1942=
the bomb is 70 years old!!
even older than my parents! LOL

and so our school was flooded with police, reporters, bomb experts bla bla blaaa
then the bomb was detonated at 1.50pm
:D
the site where they detonated the bomb

the police in school :D

for more details, please refer to the newspaper tomorrow. LOL

1 Home made kimchi

Korean food lovers or Korean drama lovers would definitely know what kimchi is.
well, good news! You don't have to fly over to Korea just to eat Kimchi, you can DIY at home!
There are a lot of tutorials found online about how to make Kimchi, and they might differ from how we do it at home. but this is just the flavour we're looking for!

Nevertheless, here you go!

What you need:
1. Fish sauce ( i forgot to take a photo of it) ><

2. Korean chili powder. I got this from ta kiong in bintulu. About half a pack will do with 6kgs of Bak choy.

3. Bak choy, washed then soaked in salt water for about 20 minutes

4. Spring Onion, chopped.

5. Carrot, sliced.

6. Radish, sliced.

7. Onion, garlic, chili, ginger.
Amount?
Follow your heart XD

Mix in the chili powder and fish sauce

place the bak choy in a container
with some carrots, radish and spring onion.
make it like a layer. *look at photo

then put some of the chili mixture on the bak choy.
after that place some bak choy, radish and spring onions on top and repeat till your ingredients are all inside
p/s: not necessary to be in one big container though.

It will look like this in the end.

Seal the container, and let it set for about 3 hours.
Then place them inside the refrigerator.
Your kimchi will be ready approx. 4 days after.
i love it on the 5th day :)
the taste are all in the bak choy then.

How i miss the good food at home :(
